Generate digital license (HWID) without KMS or pre-installation / upgrade

In Windows 10, all systems, regardless of how they are activated (either through upgrades from Windows 7 or using a purchased retail or BIOS or MSDM built-in), will be converted to digital based on the hardware hardware ID (HWID) of the machine concerned. This license is stored on MS Server and will activate this machine each time it is newly installed. Only hardware changes will revoke the license.
