* It works for clean installs and upgrade scenarios.

* All language packs for Windows 11 can be downloaded directly from the language settings menu under: “Settings – Time language – Language – Add language”.

* This Windows 11 was not in revision mode and was compiled using Microsoft DISM tool and is based on Windows 11 en-US x64 font.
